Dream State

This piece is all about presence of human body in their dreams , they force themselves to create their own happiness just like she is forcing her eye to spread colours and petals over her lips , she is above clouds but not in space , there is light but it's not sun's , she is beautiful but there is no face all that matters is the fantasy that would satisfy ,the body is just the source to go in there .

This is made on Autodesk Sketchbook , it took 4 layers ,for hairs which was the most space occupying and lengthy part I used thin tip tools to create texture and three different sprayer to create gradient . The Background is illuminated used glow brush and Cloud brush . I didn't use the last cloud method as there are only two to draw , finally skin is finished using dot textures and gradients for shadow . You can try using Water colour Brush too it creates very good texture just try to blend it a lot .
You can also try spacing layers on different position to see if they combine and create a pattern which sometimes results in a good idea for background .
