The walking model and background are two different layers of output as a render. This technique is extremely helpful to reduce render time by a great margin. This only works when a stable camera shot is included. separate a high res render of background and a slightly low samples of render for the foreground model because motion blur will reduce the quality anyway. On top of that apply the denoiser effect.
